We do NOT:

Diagnose medical conditions
Prescribe treatment
Replace licensed medical care

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider.

2. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge:

Detox protocols may involve lifestyle and dietary changes.
Parasite cleansing may produce temporary discomfort.
Supplements may cause reactions.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

3. No Medical Relationship

Participation does NOT create:

Doctor-patient relationship
Therapist-client relationship
Medical advisory relationship

4. Supplement Sales

All supplement sales are:

Final unless otherwise stated.
Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Subject to FDA dietary supplement regulations.

You are responsible for reviewing ingredients and contraindications.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law:

Inochi Healing LLC is not liable for:

Adverse reactions
Misuse of supplements
Health decisions made independently
Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

6. Refund Policy

Participants may cancel program at any point by directly emailing us and will be pro-rated for any unused coaching services. All supplement sales are final.

The laws of the State of Texas govern these Terms.

Venue for disputes shall be in Dallas County, Texas.

8. Arbitration

Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas.

Inochi Healing LLC is not the manufacturer, distributor, or retailer of CellCore products.
All CellCore products are purchased directly through CellCore’s official Shopify website.
Inochi Healing LLC does not process, ship, or store supplement products.
Inochi Healing LLC receives compensation as a CellCore Practitioner when products are purchased through a practitioner referral link.

I understand that Inochi Healing LLC is not acting as an agent, employee, or legal representative of CellCore Biosciences.
